Trial Victory: $3.5 Million Verdict in Whistleblower Case

Jessica Scales, Mary Anne Sedey and Erin Austin recovered more than 3.5 million dollars for a Southern Illinois whistleblower. The jury returned a verdict in January for Kevin Kaytor, a 29-year employee of the largest hospital system in Southern Illinois, who was fired after repeatedly blowing the whistle on Medicare/Medicaid fraud and abuse.
