Harper Honored with ICON Award
Donna Harper is a 2023 ICON Award Honoree. She is amongst the 25 attorneys and judges from around the state. Missouri Lawyers Weekly launched the award in 2018 to honor distinguished men and women attorneys aged 60 and older in recognition of their exemplary careers and longstanding commitment to the Missouri legal community.
