Donna Harper settled a Breach of Contract Claim for a St. Louis-based Executive for over $400,000.  The Executive’s former company involuntarily terminated the Executive but failed to honor the terms of the Executive’s Long Term Incentive Agreement.  Ms. Harper resolved the claim before filing suit.
