Westhoff Settles Age Discrimination Claim for $350,000

In May 2022, Ben Westhoff settled an age discrimination claim against Phelps County Regional Medical Center in Rolla, Missouri.  Three long-term Phelps Health employees shared the settlement after they were terminated in what was called a “reorganization."
