Westhoff, Harper Settle Sex Discrimination and Harassment Claim

Benjamin Westhoff and Donna Harper successfully settled a hard-fought sex discrimination and harassment case for $250,000 for an executive-level employee against a St. Louis-based corporation.  The case, which settled on a confidential basis after several months of litigation, involved serious claims of sex harassment and retaliation.
