Scales, Harper: Trial Victory in Cole County

Jessica M. Scales and Donna L. Harper won an age discrimination case in Cole County, Missouri in a 3 day trial in April 2018. The defendant fired their 62 year old client, a 17-year employee with an unblemished record, then replaced her with a younger employee.  Defendant claimed the younger employee would work more years and would be “my longevity.”
