Westhoff Settles Overtime Claim for close to $1 Million

Benjamin Westhoff successfully resolved a multi-plaintiff Fair Labor Standards Act case involving the misclassification of workers and the failure to pay them overtime compensation.  The case included over 40 employees, and settled for just under $1 Million after nearly 3 years of hard-fought litigation.
