Sarah N. Swatosh has joined Sedey Harper Westhoff, PC as a partner. Her enthusiasm and skill set will benefit both our firm and our clients. For the past five years, Sarah has exclusively represented employees, first at her own law firm and now at Sedey Harper Westhoff. Before opening her own firm, Sarah practiced law at the largest international employment defense law firm. Since then, she has recovered millions of dollars for employees who have lost their jobs and suffered harassment on the job.
David J. Wasserman has joined Sedey Harper Westhoff, PC as an associate. His zeal for employee rights make him a great fit for our firm and clients. He is a 2019 graduate of St. Louis University’s School of Law, where he focused his study on employee rights. In law school, David served as President of the Employment Law Association and the Managing Editor of the ABA Journal of Labor and Employment Law.
