Trial Victory: 2.7 million dollar judgment in sex and race harassment case

Mercedes-Benz of St. Louis pays 2.7 million dollar judgment in sex and race harassment case.  The clients, Denise Ligon and Dorothy Robinson, who were top salespersons at the dealership, were represented by Mary Anne Sedey, Ben Westhoff and Erin Lueker.  The jury awarded lost wages, as well as compensatory and punitive damages at the conclusion of the November, 2022 trial.
