Westhoff, Sedey Settle Contract Case for More Than $1.5 million

Benjamin Westhoff and Mary Anne Sedey recently resolved a contract dispute for an executive at a large multi-national company for more than $1.5 million. The case, which involved multiple claims for breach of contract and fraud, was a complex one.  The confidential settlement was reached prior to trial.
