Harper, Scales Settle Disability Discrimination Case for $135,000

Donna Harper and Jessica Scales reached a confidential settlement for a disabled client whose former employer refused to let him park in available parking spots near his work station, then fired him for diminished performance after he had to walk long distances while unable to breathe and walk steadily.  The case resolved for $135,000 after several months of litigation.
