Harper Settles Sex Discrimination Claim

Donna Harper quickly resolved a sex discrimination and retaliation claim for more than $750,000 for an executive who was summarily fired without notice.  The case was settled confidentially and without any formal filings, and the payments were negotiated to assist the executive in the future.
